Who's behind AcheteurFuté?
AcheteurFuté is the project of Benoit Descary. A digital consultant and blogger for over 20 years, Benoit has always been passionate about technologies that simplify people's lives. He helps dozens of businesses with their digital transformation.
AcheteurFuté addresses a very real problem: the home buying process in Quebec is complex, resources are fragmented, and buyers often find themselves alone facing major financial decisions. AcheteurFuté was born from this frustration — a tool that brings together everything a buyer needs to know, in one place, with an integration of artificial intelligence that acts as both coach and ally.
The AI coach, financial calculators, neighborhood analysis, property tracking and all decision-support tools — everything was developed with Claude Code, under my direction. Each feature is the result of a collaboration between my product vision and the ability of artificial intelligence to translate my ideas into concrete tools for buyers.
AcheteurFuté is designed specifically for the Quebec market — CMHC rates, welcome tax, CELIAPP, HBP, OACIQ rules. Not an adaptation of a generic Canadian tool, but a product built for the Quebec market and its realities.
